I set this wiki up to demonstrate how a wiki can be used to write a novel. This is the introductory page.

A wiki is an excellent tool to use for writing, editing, and critiquing a novel. All of the research, notes, and collections of information can be stored here and reached with just a click.

Plot complications can be set in its own page, along with outlines, and character Bios, and descriptions of Places.

Maps can be uploaded, along with photos and art to illustrate the text. I don't have any in this wiki, yet, because the good ones are in the links in my Notes.

Action sequences, short scenes, and worldbuilding background information can also be collected in the wiki for easy access. Since this is a Western, I don't actually have to do a lot of worldbuilding, just collecting links to the history and maps of the Old West.

Sharing the password allows the wiki to be used for collaborations and to give access to proof-readers and critiquers for speed and ease in editing and commenting.

Using a wiki places the novel in reach from any computer.
